Harry has owned an electrical business for decades and employs 7 staff. He is in his 50s sometimes wants to spend more time with recreational / family activities. While he is doing this, he is worried about the state of his business. He has noticed that he is making less profit and seen a decline in sales.

CCTV SYSTEM

He’s decided to install a comprehensive CCTV system covering his workshop & office area. We installed 6 cameras in total – 1 outside (for security) and the rest inside (including 2 in the office). The cctv was set up with remote viewing so Harry could log in from anywhere to check on his staff. He put signs up to ensure his staff knew CCTV were installed.

Eventually he discovered some of his office staff were slacking off and not picking up phone calls.
