Sales Service & Customer Support Manager

the objective of the Sales Service and Customer Support Manager is to deftly manage the end-to-end administration of equipment orders, scheduling customer bookings, quotations and invoicing requirements, as well as customer service and handling of over the phone and email sales enquiries.

The role does require exceptionally high attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills to be successful in this role.

The customer service portion of the role revolves around customer support and inbound phone sales with email quotations. Previous experience in a fast paced customer service role will be highly regarded for this role, along with the ability to learn and pick up technical information about our products and services.

Duties include

Customer service duties including answering phone calls and customer email inquiries

Liaising with customers including booking coordination and following up on quotes.

Inbound sales – over the phone and via chat / email

Processing orders & quotes – online/email/phone

Administration support as required

Pick, check, pack and dispatch orders where required

Maintenance and upkeep of office and warehouse areas

Any other duties as required

Hours of work

This is a full-time position that requires usual hours of 8:30am-5pm Monday – Friday.

 

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities

Demonstrated customer service and sales experience is a must have. Great english and a friendly phone manner.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment – there will be days that you will be really busy, and days that will be more quiet

High level of general computer literacy with Microsoft Office. You will also be trained in customer booking and quoting program

An enthusiastic, passionate and can-do attitude

Outstanding time management. As this role can be quite autonomous at times, the ability to plan out your day and communicate this effectively with the rest of your team is a must

Good written and verbal communication skills

An exceptional phone manner

Salary commensurate with experience. (55-65k)
