Joe regularly misses the courier as he works from his home office which currently doesn’t have an intercom monitor. His home office is a granny flat and a fair distance away from his main house. He also regularly meets clients himself and thus is unable to be at home to greet the courier.

IP INTERCOM SYSTEM

We recommended an IP intercom system for Joe. An IP intercom system would allow Joe to communicate with the courier even if he isn’t around the intercom monitor. His phone would have an app which would also buzz in the event that the door station is pressed. He would then be able to instruct the courier to leave the parcel in specified location while he isn’t home.

CCTV SYSTEM

Due to the high value of his parcels, he also decided to implement a CCTV system to have recordings of the courier placing the parcels in the designated locations and would have footage in case something went amiss.
