📌 Pre-Wiring Requirements – Bosch Alarm System
Assuming: Keypads, Internal Siren, External Siren/Strobe, PIRs, Reed Switches
🔹 1. PIR Motion Sensors
Cable:

1 × 6-core security cable (stranded, 0.5 mm) from each PIR → alarm panel location.
Notes:

4 cores required (12V+, GND, Zone, Tamper), extra 2 cores for redundancy.

Mount PIRs at 2.2–2.4 m height.

Avoid pointing directly at windows or heat sources.
🔹 2. Reed Switches (Doors/Windows)
Cable:

1 × 4-core security cable from each reed → panel (or a junction loop).
Notes:

2 cores for the switch, 2 for tamper or future use.

Drill into the hinge side of the door frame when possible.
